ScopeEverything short of full house demolition. If the whole house is coming down, we're not your crew — anything less, we are.
A remodel moves faster when the old kitchen is already gone. We take it out carefully so the walls, floors and plumbing you're keeping stay in good shape, and the debris leaves on our trailer — not in a dumpster in your driveway for a week. Water and power have to be shut off and disconnected first, by you or a licensed plumber or electrician.

Cabinet removal
Just the cabinets? We take out uppers, lowers, islands and pantry cabinets on their own — whether you're replacing them or opening up the room. Garage and laundry-room cabinets too. Cabinets in good shape get set aside for donation whenever we can.
Countertop removal
Laminate, tile, granite and quartz tops come off and go out with the rest. Stone is heavy — send a photo so we can plan the crew.

Questions people ask
Can you take out just the cabinets?
Yes. Cabinet-only removals are common — uppers, lowers, islands, pantry. Tell us what's staying and we'll work around it.
Who shuts off the water, power or gas?
Power, water and gas must be shut off and disconnected — by you or a licensed electrician or plumber — before we start. Tell us how it's hooked up when you book.
Will you damage the floor?
We work carefully around floors, walls and anything you're keeping. If something is glued or nailed in a way that could pull up the surface underneath, we'll point it out before we start.
What about asbestos or lead paint?
We don't test for or remove asbestos or lead. In older homes, things like popcorn ceilings, old floor tile and its glue, and old drywall mud should be tested first. If your home was built before 1978, tell us when you book and we'll confirm whether we can take the job.
How much does demolition cost?
It depends on what's coming out, how it was built and how much debris it makes, so we quote every demo job — free. Text photos to (561) 830-8800 or ask for a walk-through, and you'll have a confirmed price before we start.
