I grew up in West Palm Beach and I've lived in Palm Beach County my whole life. These are the same places I grew up around, and now I get to build a business in the area I call home.

I went to John I. Leonard High School and wrestled there. Wrestling is all hustle — and that's how we work.

JunkHustle started when my dad lost his job and started scrapping metal with his trailer. I'd always wanted to start a business, and junk removal made sense — he already had the truck and the trailer. So I went to him and said, basically, "I'll look for junk removal jobs and we can go do them." That's really how it started.

Before this I worked in a warehouse, and I knew that job wasn't going to give me or my family the life I wanted. Now I get to build something from scratch.

My favorite part of the job is taking some of the stress off people. Cleanouts especially can be a lot — a house, a garage, or a situation where somebody has a lot going on. Coming in, taking care of the junk and making things a little easier for them is what I like most.

Outside of work, I spend a lot of time with my son and my family, and I like playing chess and dominoes. I'm driven, and I want to see how far I can take JunkHustle.
