A hot tub doesn't fit through a gate in one piece, and it isn't a one-person job. We cut it down where it sits, load the shell, frame, cover and steps, and leave the pad clean. Screened enclosures and fenced backyards are the usual setup — we check access and work around them. The power has to be shut off and the tub disconnected first, by you or a licensed electrician.

Who disconnects the power?
The power has to be shut off and the tub disconnected — by you or a licensed electrician — before we cut it down. Tell us when you book whether it's plug-in or hardwired.
Can you get it out of a screened enclosure or fenced yard?
Yes — that's the most common setup. We look at access when we arrive and plan the removal around your enclosure and fence.
What about the concrete pad?
We can break it up and haul it away too. Ask for it when you book and we'll quote the tub and the pad together.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the tub and the access. We'll give you a time estimate with the quote.
How much does demolition cost?
It depends on what's coming out, how it was built and how much debris it makes, so we quote every demo job — free. Text photos to (561) 830-8800 or ask for a walk-through, and you'll have a confirmed price before we start.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. If we can get to it and you've approved the price, we can handle it without you there. Just tell us when you book.
