ScopeEverything short of full house demolition. If the whole house is coming down, we're not your crew — anything less, we are.
Opening up a room, gutting a rental between tenants, or getting a space ready for your contractor — we do the tear-out and the haul-out together. We take out non-load-bearing walls only. If you're not sure whether a wall carries weight, have a contractor or engineer confirm it before we quote.
What's covered
- Tear-out of walls, drywall, closets and trim
- Loading and haul-away of every piece
- Sweep-up of the work area
What we tear out
- Non-load-bearing walls
- Drywall
- Closets & closet systems
- Built-in shelving & cabinets
- Interior doors & frames
- Baseboards & trim
- Soffits & half walls
- Paneling
Wall removal (non-load-bearing)
Partition walls, half walls, pony walls and soffits come out down to the floor and ceiling lines. Load-bearing walls need an engineer and a structural contractor, so we don't take those on. Wiring, pipes or ducts inside the wall have to be dealt with by a licensed pro first.
Drywall removal
Water-damaged or coming out for a remodel — we cut it out, bag the debris and haul it. In older homes, popcorn ceilings and old drywall mud can contain asbestos; get them tested before we start.
Closets, built-ins & trim
Closet systems, built-in shelving and entertainment walls, interior doors, baseboards and trim — out and gone.

Every tear-out is different, so we quote it free after we see photos or the space. The price is confirmed before we start — no hidden fees.

Questions people ask
How do I know if a wall is load-bearing?
Have a contractor or engineer confirm it. We take out non-load-bearing walls only, so we'll ask before we quote.
Who shuts off the water, power or gas?
Power, water and gas must be shut off and disconnected — by you or a licensed electrician or plumber — before we start. Tell us how it's hooked up when you book.
What about asbestos or lead paint?
We don't test for or remove asbestos or lead. In older homes, things like popcorn ceilings, old floor tile and its glue, and old drywall mud should be tested first. If your home was built before 1978, tell us when you book and we'll confirm whether we can take the job.
Do I need a permit?
Some projects need one from your city or the county, depending on the work. Tell us what you're planning when you ask for a quote and we'll go over it before anything gets scheduled.
How much does demolition cost?
It depends on what's coming out, how it was built and how much debris it makes, so we quote every demo job — free. Text photos to (561) 830-8800 or ask for a walk-through, and you'll have a confirmed price before we start.
