Bathrooms are small, heavy and full of tile, so the mess adds up fast. We break it out, carry it out and leave the room ready for your plumber or contractor. Water has to be shut off and the fixtures disconnected first, by you or a licensed plumber.

Vanity & toilet removal
Swapping just the vanity or the toilet? Once it's disconnected, we take out the old one on its own and haul it off.
Tub & shower removal
Fiberglass and acrylic tubs and shower units get cut down and carried out. Cast-iron tubs are heavy — tell us what you've got and we'll confirm before the job day.
Bathroom tile removal
Wall tile, shower tile and floor tile come off down to the backing. Tile floors in the rest of the house are on our flooring removal page.

Questions people ask
Who shuts off the water, power or gas?
Power, water and gas must be shut off and disconnected — by you or a licensed electrician or plumber — before we start. Tell us how it's hooked up when you book.
Can you remove a cast-iron tub?
Tell us when you book — cast iron is heavy, and we'll confirm we can take it on before the job day.
What about asbestos or lead paint?
We don't test for or remove asbestos or lead. In older homes, things like popcorn ceilings, old floor tile and its glue, and old drywall mud should be tested first. If your home was built before 1978, tell us when you book and we'll confirm whether we can take the job.
How much does demolition cost?
